Praise for Plusnet Customer Service/Support EXCELLENT.

Although i'm not good with technology I managed, by following Plusnet's guide, to install my new Plusnet Router.  

I had no idea (none at all) how to get my smart TV to start working again.  I 'phoned Plusnet, not really thinking that they would be able to help with the TV - especially since my internet had connected successfully with the new HUB Two Router..

TILLY (Surname begins with A) was hugely helpful and extremely patient in helping me, step by step, to get the TV working - with the best of good success.

Praise indeed for excellent Customer Service/Support and Tilly, without doubt, is a great asset to The Plusnet Technical Team.  All very much appreciated.  Very many thanks.
