Weere Have My Kingspan Shares Gone?

Hi everyone I've just been checking my online account to see how my Kingspan shares are doing. To my horror I see that they have been delisted on the LSE!!!Where have they gone??  Does this mean that my shares are now worthless??? Is there anything I can do. Please help - I'm beginning to panic!!

I understand that Kingspan shareholders okay'd a delisting from the London stock exchange last Thursday.

Months ago it announced that it will be delisting from London and will instead only be listed in Dublin. I'm not sure what happens next - perhaps your shares are transferred to the Dublin register? - but perhaps the circular linked below will tell you.

"The Board has reviewed the Company's listing arrangements and notes that current share trading on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) is negligible as a percentage of total trading. The Board, therefore, proposes to delist from the LSE subject to shareholder approval and we will provide an update on process and timing in the coming weeks. We remain committed to our primary listing on the main market of Euronext Dublin, where the majority of share trading takes place."

If you've been a shareholder a while the first question I'd be asking is why you're not receiving important documents from them. It sounds like the process has been ongoing for a while and you should have had the ability to vote in the EGM.

If you've been a shareholder a while the first question I'd be asking is why you're not receiving important documents from them. It sounds like the process has been ongoing for a while and you should have had the ability to vote in the EGM.

To be honest Jimjames I'd bought these shares ages ago and I'd just parked them, hoping to cash them in many years from now. I'll have to admit that I ignored all communication along the way.

Hello OP, have you seen a resolution to this? Have they reappeared in your account as the Dublin listed shares?

Hello. I suppose it's only been two weeks since the shares delisted and I've known stockbrokers to take weeks and weeks to do things but I'd be tempted to chivvy HL into getting a move on and ask for an ETA. HL has a secure messaging system.

hi i have the same problem with air france shares.
i've messaged hl a couple of times and had no response.
I think their customert service in general has dropped quite a bit

HL are currently listing Kingspan shares with a new IS number
