Extra Charges

Options
I can't believe the level of extra charges that get added to the ticket price. I'm off with a friend to see a concert in Birmingham in November

Tickets - £45.00 x2 = £90.00

Facilities Charge £2.75 x2 = £5.50
Service Charge £6.25 x2 = £12.50
Processing Fee £2.85

Giving £20.85 extra on top of the costs, which is nearly a 25% uplift.

Its been like this for a while. I dont know why they dont just advertise an "all in" price, if the tickets were advertised as £55 each with nothing added on would you have started this thread, despite the extra tenner paying for the same things?

No I would not have. I understand things need to be paid for, but I hate having a price quoted for a seat and then having x,y and z added at the end.

In which case maybe they should start doing that then, psychologically it looks like you are paying for nothing extra when in fact you are.
