Hello, I have been given a cheque but my bank doesn't allow deposits.. Chase...
How can I go about submitting this? It is a very low amount, I have checked online but this seems to be confusing array of information.
Thanks

Go to the "Support" section bottom right in the Chase app, type in the word "cheques" and up pops a page which confirms they dont current accept cheques. Did you not keep a "bricks and mortar" bank account for cheque cashing?
Your options are to ask whoever issued it to send you money a different way, open an account with another bank who accept cheques, get it reissued in the name of someone else who can cash it for you, or take it to a cheque cashing place and lose a percentage.
Not a "bricks and mortar" bank but Monzo accept cheques by posting to them, maybe open an account with them (quick and easy with the app).1 -
Starling is another option where you can create an account online and then take a photo of the cheque to deposit.2

Open a savings account with a high street bank/building society and deposit it there.2

I use my Halifax or HSBC app for cheques and then transfer to Chase.0
