3 PCN’s in residential underground parking garage.

Hi, I have been living at my address for almost 4 years and have an allocated parking space in a gated garage. My tenancy agreement doesn’t mention displaying a permit, but does state to park in correct space.
a couple months ago my permit fell off and I stuck it back on only for it to fall off a day later. I received 3 parking fines in that time from Parking and Property Management. Two were issued on the same day!

I did appeal as registered keeper and was rejected on each one.
i have now received 3 letters from BW legal asking for payment and offering monthly payment plan for all 3. It states that if I don’t make payment by 18 September, the next letter from them would be letter of claim.
my question is if I do end up going to court, would I be going 3 separate times? Or once for all 3. This has caused me so much stress, but I refuse to pay almost £500 for parking in my own bloody space.
all advice is appreciated.
thanks
