SMETs 2 meter not showing ‘Total Act. Export

I had solar panels and 2 batteries fitted in May this year and I’m trying to sort out the SEG application for British Gas. In order to apply BGas require you to take a photo of the export reading on your meter in order to believe you. We have a SMETs 2 meter with an A & B button, when we press the A button and cycle through the menu Total Act. Import is shown twice but no Total
Act Export shows. Does anyone have any advice on this please?

My ID number for my micro generation unit does not start with a 5 as BGas require but I have been told twice by someone at BGas that I need to apply first and then they will provide me with a new ID number. They make it as hard as possible to join SEG.

What is the make and model of the meter please?
Some need a series of button presses to get the export.
Post a picture if you can

It is a Landis & Gyr one with an A & B button, not sure what the serial number is but think it is 178197602016

To take an export reading from your Landis and Gyr SMETS2 electricity meter:

Your Landis + Gyr smart meter will have either:

1. Two equal sized green A and grey B buttons, to the right of the screen
2. A bigger green A button to the right of the screen, and a smaller black B button underneath the screen

If your meter has equal sized A and B buttons:

• Press the A button to get to the screen that says ‘Credit mode bal’.
• Press and hold the A button for around 2 seconds, until the screen shows the time.
• Press the A button several more times to cycle through the meter's screens until you see your ‘Total Act Export’ reading in kWh.

If your meter has a larger green A button and a smaller black B button:

• Press and hold the A button until the time appears. 
• Press the A button several more times to cycle through the meter's screens until you see your ‘Total Act Export’ reading in kWh.
