Hours increased does holiday entitlement?

With varying working day lengths I would expect them to do what I mentioned in a previous post, that is to tell you how many holiday hours you have for the year.

You still only get 30 but they would be paid at longer days. However, the 7 hour day throws a spanner in the works so you might get it in hours instead, or they might not even care and and just pay you for all 8 hour days.
You will only know why speaking to HR.0 -
What do your T & C's say? Your holiday entitlement is 30 days. The change will be in your wages, because you are now working 39 hours a week, you will be paid accordingly and will receive 39 hours of pay on your week off. Sounds like you are now classed as full time, not part time/pro rata, so the calculations you have been using are no longer relevant. The changes to holiday for full timers usually come after you pass a certain length of service for a company, ie after 5 years you receive an extra day holiday, after 10 years another, so you would then be on 32 days a year inc bank hols. Have a chat with your line manager/HR dept and see if they can help you.0
