Principality BS appear to have increased some of their NLA savings rates some time in August - does anyone please know when this happened?
Their latest rate change leaflet online is still the one from May 2023. Nothing that I can find on their website about the latest changes. No email or text notification either.
The increase is appreciated, but it shouldn't be so difficult to find out what it was and from when it applies.

They tend to increase rates on accounts as and when rather than all at the same time. I read somewhere on here that someone asked Principality re the rate change leaflet not being up to date, and Principality claimed it was due to a technical error.If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

Thanks, its the Maturity Instant Access Savings Account (the default for maturing RS accounts) which has gone up to 3.5% from 3.25%.ForumUser7 said:
