Quidco problems

What has happened to Quidco ?
They take at least a week to respond to a simple query
They appear to have some problems in refusing to make payments - claiming that I didn't "click through", when I did...
I am missing a tracking for car insurance - taken out a week ago but there is a spurious tracked payment for an ISP (broadband) from the same day - which I don't recognise...
I have been with Quidco for 12 + years
The login on their website https://www.quidco.com/ is missing too - there is a "sign in" which is for new users and doesn't allow present members to sign in.......

That link takes me straight into my account. Never have had to sign in, unless using a different device.Life in the slow lane0

I've just followed the link and signed in with an account I've had for a few years.0

Sounds like you could be restricting cookies if you are having to login every time and they are not able to track your click throughs.1

Agree with the cookies. The website seems functional currently with a logon page that works. It may have been temporarily down when you checked it.With regards to support tickets -they’ve had a massive user influx due to cost of living crisis. They will likely expand the team but need to give them time.0

It seems that they are too busy getting even more customers than to respond to existing ones - by any method - including facebook !They have me with £163 tracked payments - incorrect again - should be £45 but whateverNOT very good Quidco0

I also have a problem, MSE dangled the carrot of a £25 sign up bonus which is supposed to be payable within 1 week of a tracked transaction of. £5 or more, mine still shows pending & I’ve tried using the help feature, but it’s impossible to get support & won’t connect me to the messenger because the automated system has an faq system & it says sign up bonuses aren’t payable until the cash back is also payable, so very misleading0

Just in case, for the OP: "sign in" = log in and "sign up" = create new account.0

So where do I "register" for a new account ?
