If you want to compain re: a parkingeye parking charge notice, DO NOT immediately complete the complaints procedure on your letter, email ASDA on the email below in the first instance to explain the complaint, including any evidence, as they may be able to contact parkingeye on your behalf for a cancellation

Asda are usually very good at protecting their genuine customers from PE parking charges. Often seeing the manager with receipts or cc/bank statements for the day (plus older ones showing regular patronage) can work too.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
