    Hi Brie.
Any DIY skills? Enough to do the obvious - cut 4 of 2-3" wood blocks and attach with a single screw right through t'middle?
Depending on additional skills and tools, you could 'round' or chamfer the corners like the 'real thing' linked to by others.
No need to actually hollow it out - the hardest part.
Suitable timber will very likely be found on FB Marketplace for nowt or next to. Eg, old fence post.

Re what BB said, we have a Man Shed started here where men go to make things, share tools and a cup of tea.

I'm told I can go but I'm hoping to take the pattern for tiny shelves and someone will want a project.

Also Repair Cafe once a month where you can take things to be mended to prevent waste.
    They might have some ideas.

Photo of table legs, Brie, and exact dims in mms?
Another option is the screw-adjustable leg bottoms, but they'll require a hole to be drilled in the leg bottoms.
Do you have any tools at all?

I did this on our old kitchen table. Cut some pieces of 18mm ply with a hole saw for the bottom of 2 of the legs to level it up.

I like to think I'm quite handy as I'm practical and can think things out quite clearly.  And we have some tools and a chunk of wood that could be used.  But DIY is the domain of him indoors (!!!) and he'd be wanting to supervise, re-engineer anything so I think it best to simply not go there.

Now that I've seen precisely what's required from someone's link I'm going to ask at the local rehab carpentry shop if they can whip them up for me.  They were exceedingly pleased with the white board I found for them a month or so back so hopefully they'll agree.  If that doesn't fly then I'll be watching what OH does with his next project and see what scraps he chucks towards the bin in case there's something there that might work.  Should be very easy in that the legs are perfectly square 2"x2" so blocks 3"x3" and 2" high would do.

I seem to remember needing a similar device and the phrase "elephant's foot" seemed to bring up a lot of items which did look rather like elephant's feet and served as platforms to raise a table or sofa up by about 12cm
