I was fillowing Template Defence and the NEWBIES sticky and received nlw this. Should i prepare for my case now? They have transferred it to my local court. Any advice highly appreciated

Hi, Yes
The hearing will happen on the 20th of Feb based on written statements from both parties involved.

I suppose to send the witness statement . What’s your thoughts?

Damned annoying that court is forcing it to a hearing on the papers. Is this Cardiff court?

If it was me I'd get a very detailed WS bundle in by the middle of this month, BEFORE the C's deadline to pay the hearing fee.

That might focus their mind on bailing out.

Thanks for your message, yes its cardiff court. Im very surprised they want gge hearing without presence of both parties 🙄. Can i send here my defense beforw i submit it so you ghys can review and point out any issues?

They do this when thet want to offer a deal ........ IGNORE AND NEVER TALK TO DCBL

The ball is in their court now, either go to court  and lose or discontinue

Yep - but if you put in your WS bundle before that, they'll discontinue.

Hi All ,

I'm sharing the great news I received this morning.
The case has been discontinued as the claimant decided to drop the claim.
Massive thanks to all the ones who were following my case and the specially the ones who were trying to help and provided an advise.The ones that are going through the same case as I have please don't give up,thesr companies feed of your fear.
