Bank praise - M&S and Paragon

I recently transferred a fixed rate ISA from M&S bank to Paragon Bank. I am astonished how quick the process was. From start to finish it took 4 days for the money to be in my new account, plus one extra day to authenticate my nominated bank account.

I wonder if the entire ISA transfer process has been speeded up, I've just moved a fixed ISA from Coventry to Virgin, the account was opened on 9th August and the money was in the account on the 11th. No extra days needed for authentication, I'm not sure why there would be any need to do that, with Virgin I just entered the sortcode and account number for my nominated account during the application and that was that.
