ParkingEye Charge Notice for Shopping at LIDL

Got a Parking Charge Notice from ParkingEye whilst shopping at LIDL (Blackheath, West Mids). I overstayed by 26mins, on this day my bill was just over £18 as a few of the items I went for were out of stock (I don't have the receipt but do have it on my statement for that day). I do shop there regular and have a few receipts + statement entries all from the same store.
Here is the letter received.. there does seem to be a small change in the wording on the letter near the end of the 'Appeals & Complaints Procedure section' - they've put, "If an appeal to POPLA is made, the discounted rate will not longer apply, and the charge value will increase."
I've carried out plan A with a Not very helpful response. Have even tried mailing the CEO email -ryan.mcdonnell@lidl.co.uk with similar and whats seems a generic response.
I've tried speaking to the local manager who's advised me to use the appeals process.. so here I am.. guess it will have to be Plan B.

RE PCN Number:
I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.
Since the allegation involves an alleged overstay of minutes, your evidence must include the actual grace period agreed by the landowner.
As the occupants of the car were regular customers of the supermarket. Cancel this PCN, or Lidl loses our custom and I will let the CEO know why.
===================
Is the above OK for Plan B?
Is it worth putting anything about them showing evidence that the vehicle was actually parked for this time?
Is it worth adding the statement entry screenshots and a couple of previous shopping receipts from the same LIDL store?

If you still have the items you purchased during the extended stay, which seems to be partly Lidl's fault, and you haven't eaten them, take them back and say you want a refund as you can no longer afford to have bought them and you cannot afford to shop at Lidl any more if every trip comes with a £100 surcharge. Make sure you speak to the store manager and tell him/her you will change your decision if they agree to tell their tame PPC to cancel your PCN. Take a COPY of it with you.1

You won't be going back there then and neither will your friends nor family when you tell them!1

And yes appeal not just with that £18 receipt (which is very low for two hours' shopping and will not be enough) but also upload this evidence:I do shop there regularly and have a few receipts + statement entries all from the same storePRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Along with the Plan B info, I sent 2 statement entries and 3 receipts from the last month with varying amounts between £10 & £60.
Got a response today with good result, they cancelled the PCN. Thanks all on this forum.

Nicely done! Congrats, @Stanst
One favour please. Think of this during September as you walk or drive in your neck of the woods or anywhere in the UK:
As you are in the London area, can you help me with evidence to achieve lower parking charges?
I assume yours was £100 which is extortionate. We are close to halving that, and the Government is listening. Please could you help us with OTHER car park evidence that I need (anytime now or in September) to take to the Government?
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6463361/dluhc-private-parking-code-government-launches-call-for-evidence-discussion-thread#latest
Please please add photos as seen there!
Think of this call for evidence when strolling around your town and you spot car parks at churches, shops & businesses that are unrestricted yet there is no abuse, no 'carmageddon'!
OR supermarkets with £70 PCNs only.
OR hospitals with £50 or £60 to deter abuse.
All I need is photos and location.
I will do the rest.
I need more evidence from cities.
I can PROMISE this evidence will be seen by the decision-makers because I'm on the Code of Practice Government Steering Group representing motorists, and the DLUHC will read my submissions.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
