AMAZON PRIME - CHANGES TO DELIVERY

Our household makes considerable use of Prime, so the annual fee is of value to us. We rarely do any real shop shopping. We buy clothing from other suppliers because our sizes are unusual: my wife has long legs, and my son and I have unusually long arms, hence Spoke, Long Tall Sally, Lands End and Ariat. 

We will play the game with Amazon by adding items to our orders to make up the required minimum, e.g. adding a shaving gel to the order.

I am an Amazon Prime member. I have discovered that recently my Prime deliveries often don’t arrive the next day as stated on their site. I have queried this a couple of times and was rewarded with a substantial refund. However recently I was told that there is a cut off time for next day delivery. I was told that any orders placed after 3pm will arrive not the next day but the day after. I can’t find this information anywhere.
