TSB Fraud Refund Guarantee

Has anyone ever received a refund on a bank transfer under TSB's Fraud Refund Guarantee?
i was scammed by someone who asked me to transfer £400 into their bank account. It was quite a clear-cut case and it turns out that at least a dozen others have been scammed by the same person. i reported it to TSB who explained that TSB has a Fraud Refund Guarantee and that I will "definitely" be refunded in full. These were the words from their Fraud Team. This was on Tuesday of this week. I then spoke to TSB again on Thursday to see if they needed further information regarding the scam and the person I spoke with said "it says here that customer has been refunded in full. But I don't see the refund in your account yet."
If the bank really was going to refund me, wouldn't it have arrived in my bank account pretty much instantly?

Not necessarily - they could simply mean that someone has reviewed the case and agreed that a refund will be made, but the actual process of transferring the money into your account may be handled separately, potentially by someone else. If the claim was made three days ago and you were told yesterday that they'll be refunding, I'd leave it a bit longer before being concerned....1
