Please email below but it not the name of my son's account his account  is suspended  how to contact them to ask why

I think the answer is obvious from what you've posted.

ok but the email is not in my son user name thus my question so why has his account ben blocked

Nothing we can do anything about or even guess as to why its been suspended.

You'll have to speak to Sony / Playstation support.

I take it English is not your first language?

Are you saying that the account linked to your email has been suspended for 7 days however the name of the account on the email is not your sons?

If that is the case has your son actually checked if his account has been suspended?

Have you tried contacting PlayStation support (usually there is a contact us section on the support page somewhere)?

Have you spoke to your son to see what he said to someone?

Other than that I'm not sure what you expect a tech forum to do for you that has no connections to PlayStation

Personally I would simply wait 7 days as its hardly a long time and warn your son to be careful what he says to people on forums as there are lots of people who take offence to the slightest thing you say to them and are trigger happy to report you to the moderators as they have that option online rather than in real life where they might actually have to speak up for themselves and say they are not happy with what you said to them
