Terrible Service from Cynergy

I have got a couple of 95 day notice savers with Cynergy and I've had terrible service from them and wondering if I've just been unlucky or if its a general thing.
Notice of 95 days was up 8th August.  I've been away so hadn't noticed the funds had not been returned to my nominated account on the specified day.  I had a phone call from them yesterday (so over a week later) asking where I wanted the funds sent - I said to my nominated account - and they didn't even seem to have the details of that (isn't it a condition that they just can't send it anywhere?!).
Despite promising that the funds would be sent to me, its now the end of the following working day and still no funds.  I've gone from frustrated to being slightly concerned....
And they don't seem to be able to confirm when my next notice period expires so it will be very interesting to see if that money is sent back to me on time.
Anyone else or have I just been unlucky?

    That's disappointing.  I had a problem a while back when I requested EA funds on a Thurs for the next day, instead of the same day. Nothing happened, phoned, still nothing and took till Tues or Wed.  They did give me a small credit for the hassle, but I stopped using them.  Hoped it had been a one-off and just started using them again. 

    Just remembered they also had a £10k withdrawal limit which is bit of a pain.
  • i had terrible problems trying to open an account with them, passwords, verfication codes not working. Talking to them they kept sending sms codes that didnt work, i gave up with them, think i dodged a bullet
