    I have to illustrate in witness statement additional: by 10th May

    my communication with parking company, regarding requests of parking permits, and their replies.

    They requested to have a chance to answer on this witness statement by 17th May.

    Surely the Judge wanted evidence that you had (before litigation) made strenuous efforts to obtain a permit, not evidence that you've tried this week.  This makes no sense to me.

    What exactly did the Judge order? Did you write it down?

    Judge advised, could I please provide my efforts that I tried to get a permit. that is it.
