Mobile phone has been hacked

Everyone in my mobile phone address book and messenger has been sent a link which someone wants them to open my friends say I need to delete this spam but I have no idea what to do or how to stop it. Can anyone help me please?

Look for malwarebytes for mobile in Android play or apple store .
Run it and let it removes all it finds .Ex forum ambassador

Sorry to hear this OP. Did you have your contacts linked to messenger? You should change your Facebook and messenger password (I think you can log into messenger with Facebook account details), and review log in activity.
