Morning all, it's gone a bit dull now. I had a phone call just after 8,don't normally answer numbers I don't know, luckily I did -it was the Oc..do driver. Did I mind if he came early, he was just round the corner, no that's fine I said so all done and put away now. I fancied a bit of a drive out but DH disappeared out saying he'd be 20 mins- 1 hour later he's just got back! Apparently we also have to pick DGS up at 4 so bit of a rush to go to the coast or over the Pennines. Ah well!Hope Sparkle enjoys her food TA.That's a worry Peony, hope all is okIris enjoy seeing your friends.Have a good day all x:heartsmil 'A woman is like a teabag: You never know her strength until you drop her in hot water'. Afternoon everyone
Still feel not quite right this morning but I wasn't sick again after yesterday morning, so that's a good. I was meant to be meeting a friend this afternoon but I've changed it to next week instead. I'm meant to be going with my mam to visit my aunt and uncle tomorrow - my mams sister - she hasn't seen them since Covid so I'm hoping I'm well enough to go. It's only 45 minutes on the bus but she's not keen on going by herself. Little one will come too - to provide entertainment!. DD will look after my dad in the morning and he has a carer going in the afternoon. Reading back, it sounds complicated - which is why my mam and I hardly go anywhere together.
I've got the decorator back this morning - I had to ask him not to come yesterday - it's looking really nice.
I've had a phone appointment with a really nice lady at Citizens Advice this morning - she's filled the forms in for my appeal and will send them to me to sign. She thinks I should have been awarded points when I first applied - she was really helpful. The next stage is to go to a tribunal.
Right I'm going to get sorted as DD is picking me up to go for some shopping soon. Then I'm planning to have a lazy afternoon with my book - no sunshine to sit in unfortunately.
Hope everyone has a good day today x

Hello all, I'm late today. I had another 2 calls from the surgery this morning and now I have a telephone appointment with one of the new doctors next Wed. It's taken me months to get this far but at least someone is listening now.
DGS has just gone home so I'll have to go shopping again tomorrow as both DGC are back again on Sunday for a few days. Thankfully they're no bother but eat everything that's not nailed down !
Sorry I haven't read back today but I will send many hugs anyway.
Take care all
