Can you post a photo of the IHD? Make and model would be useful, be careful not to show MAC address / serial number.

The rates are usually set on the IHD using the tariff information from the meter. If you’ve changed supplier or tariff then they may not be up to date.

Installation PINs are not supplied to the customer as far as I know.

There may be a generic PIN for a model but await an expert !

EOn have had a system wide issue with IHD pricing displays for months based on some internal classification of tariffs.

And were setting many to standard credit rates - or not updating coming off of certain fixes in others etc for July cap.

The first time I contacted customer services they said those were the rates on my account - they weren't and I never ever paid them.  So whilst I sent an email with no response - they never billed me at those rates - or it would have gone in as a complaint.

Mine wen't wrong in April.  Curiously as they changed the tariff name to Next Flex E10 - generic family naming - from a legacy bespoke E10 name - and for the first time in years it no longer had the letters DD in it.  Linked / not - who knows.  The first update in July was wrong too - but has been recently updated.

It didn't impact actual billing - but meant the IHD cost estimates were out c10% - the kWh units were correct.

Not sure you can edit the SC AFAIK - but EOn should be able to resend the data to the meter for you - if you call or email them. I have never been asked for a PIN on my old Smets1.  And the serial numer / code etc I need to order a replacement - or link an app - now it's DCC adopted - is on the back = obscured / part hidden behind the stand on mine.

There's a post re the SC vs DD problem etc on their forum -

But as a relatively new customer - maybe they just need time to update it.

Have you had ESME and GSME Commissioned messages on your IHD? If not, then the supplier has yet to complete the smart meter commissioning process. You can check that your meters are connected to the DCC Network by downloading the free App BRIGHT. If data populates then your meters are connected to the network.

Have a look for LOOP or try N3rgy.com. They all use their own adapter software to access your smart meter comms hub and meters.
