Longchamp - unable to contact

Afternoon,
I purchased and received an order from Longchamp on the 27th July. The items are not suitable and the website states returns can be made free of charge for 30 days. However it is impossible to raise a return. I have tried countless times via their own line contact form, by emailing customer service, calling them and reaching out to their social media channels.

I have had 0 contact in return and I am no closer to organising a return. I paid through PayPal and have asked them to put a dispute on the charge (unsure if this will be successful), are there any other methods I could try in order to get contact from the company to create a return?
Thanks

Did you do this through the My Orders section of your account ? (Click the order and then return)
I ask this because elsewhere tbe website seems to suggest differently but that might be thr translation from the French.0 -
Yeah I've tried this. There is no return section/button when you click on the order. I've then gone to the return section where it asks me to fill out a form.PHK said:Did you do this through the My Orders section of your account ? (Click the order and then return)

Have you used the email address listed in the T&Cs OP?

Sadly it looks like they are governed by French law and whilst they mention a mediator, that's also French.april87 said:

Outside the box, have you tried sending a message from another email asking a question about how to order something, that will tell you if they are just ignoring you or experiencing some issues. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
Try visiting one of their shops, if they can't return it, get them to call up and arrange it. Don't leave the shop until they have done this, make a fuss.0

Thanks for the suggestions. After 3 weeks of trying to organise a return, I finally got a response today.0
