No Grid Lines on my Exel Spreadheet

I have just printed off a Exel Spreadsheet and there are no Grid lines so not sure what caused it and not sure how I go about getting them back.I had this problem about a year ago but cannot remember what I did so any advice would be appreciated my OS is Windows 10.

Toolbar at the top of Excel - open the View one, and then toggle the Gridlines checkbox back on. See image - https://i.ibb.co/qFq98NZ/Capture.jpg

I have just sorted it out I went into File then prnt review then Set up and got the option to install Grid Lines0

I forgot to say that from Set Up I clicked on sheet which took me Grid Lines1
