Apcoa parking fine

had 2 fines from apcoa. appealed them both and had them rejected.
Basically I work at a hospital, had a change of car but had private reg plate so had to wait for documentation to come through, changed my permit to the temporary one and added my old one as a 2nd car in my account. didnt change over the permit into my normal reg plate once changed for 2 days, as thought having a 2nd vehicle in the account would be ok, turns out its not. you have to switch the reg to make it valid, genuinely didnt realise. should I take it through Popla? and risk paying the increased amount

Ignore them and the £170 laughable threatograms.Read other APCOA threads that aren't about railways and you will see what you and your colleagues can do EVERY TIME to kill these.
