I booked a package holiday to the maldives with mercury Holidays This included flights out and speedboat to the island arriving on 12th March morning. It is annoying when we have to do their work for them, I once had flights issued in my nickname, even though all the correspondence had my given name, nickname just used to sign off on emails..............
