Experian Failing Consumers

Options
I want people to be alert that Experian has a system failure where it does not recognise people’s electoral roll registration and as a result Experian is damaging people’s credit ratings. I have provided evidence again and again that I am on the electoral register. I have got my council to confirm it and provide evidence of the councils upload to the credit rating agencies. Trans Union credit correctly shows my registered status but despite months of correspondence with Experian, Experian continue to not reflect my status and  evidence. If this happening to me a paying Experian customer how many other consumers are they hurting.

It doesn't make a difference if you're paying to see your files. It's a data issue.

Raise a dispute with the CRAs in question. If not resolved, ICO and FOS.
