Hi,
Purchasing a property advertised with a built in freezer.
Received TA10 form which says it isn't working. First we have heard of this.
Since it's built in, would be extra cost for us to remove or replace. What usually happens in this situation?

Well you could ask them to take it with them so that it's easier for you to replace. All these things could break down the day after moving in tbh, so best to budget for replacements.
It's not really worth anything secondhand.0 -

Anyway. We bought another cooker, which was good because we got what we wanted (a gas oven as opposed to electric).
