Tree maintenance on unregistered land

Just looking for advice. My garden runs down to an area of unregistered land which is known as a spinney, One of the trees has fallen into my garden. I have contacted my local council and the land registry to find the land is not registered. We will remove this tree this time at a cost to ourselves. Moving forward my…

Unfortunately Crown Estates don't maintain all these ad hoc plots they inherit.
