Sky TV

Hi, I have been in the process of cancelling my SKY account but was offered a deal by e-mail which was close to what I wanted. I called SKY and negotiated a deal which included NETFLIX. I was unable to complete the deal as NETFLIX is in my wife's name so I said I would call back later when my wife came home. When I called later the call centre refused to honour this deal.
I assume they have my original call recorded so do they have to honour this deal?

No I had the same problem.
Deals can change in minutes and did  in my case . I just told them I now wanted to leave and they rang back next day with a completely new deal..£20 cheaper than my original deal I had been paying for 18 month
