Pre1998 loan (Scotland)

Options
I have 3 loans, taken out in 1996, 1997 and 1998 (in Scotland, though I am not sure that matters pre 1998)

My understanding is that these should be written off 25 years after the first payment date of my last loan, or when I turn 50, whichever is sooner.

My repayments are currently deferred until 19th October (I have deferred every year as I have never, until this year, been over the repayment threshold).

According to Erudio, my "Original loan date" in 1998 was the 16th October.

So my reading of the situation is that those three days between the 16th and 19th mean I am deferred to beyond the 25 years. However, I don't know if "Original loan date" is the same as the first payment date of my loan ?

Anyone know if that's the case ? Am I missing anything else ? I will obviously be contacting Erudio in due course but thought I would check if anyone here could confirm my thinking / crush my hopes - delete as applicable...
