    You need to go back to these "advisers" and explain to them how you get a CCJ and that is to be taken to small claims court through due process, LBC, N1 claim form, complete and submit defence, complete N180, submit witness statement, go to court, lose and then fail to pay before the judge's time limit - somewhat different to the process outlined by your badly informed "helpers".  Stick with us here, no danger of CCJ and every chance of seeing it off.
