Stv/itv player titles

Whenever we watch anything on stv player we have these guides up throughout the programme start to finish,  they are very distracting. 
Watching through a fire stick  if anyone knows hiw to remove these id be very grateful

Those usually come up when you've pressed a button on the Fire Stick.

They should go away eventually, but if not pressing the Back button should clear them.  If they keep coming up you may have a stuck button on your remote.

This has been there constantly while viewing over 4days now, I've hit all possible buttons on firestick remote and was wondering if it was a problem with stv player. All other apps on firestick are working without any issues

Try clearing the cache for the STV App on the Firestick.

Or delete and re-install?
