Forgot to get parking ticket at gym

I appealed and gave as evidence screenshot of my gym app membership payment screen. They rejected this appeal.
I saw another post a few years ago on here from same gym that said the gym can’t cancel it.
I have read the newbies thread and gathered I have made a mistake in that I have basically admitted I was driving.
is it possible to still get out of this £60 fine? What is next step?

I really hope you DIDN'T say who parked?
You know you and ALL GYM MEMBERS (spread the word) can win these every time by appealing as registered keeper?!
It isn't a fine.
Do a POPLA Appeal as keeper.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I may have done. I can’t remember exactly what I said on the online appeals form. I just said I am a member of the gym and attached a screenshot of my invoice screen on the app showing I paid for that month. Is that not “tacitly” admitting I was one driving? If that is the case that I have admitted I was driving - do I still have a chance of getting off the charge? Or shall I just pay the lower charge as it will increase to 100 if appeal fails?0

Never pay. Smart don't sue anyone. I explained how to appeal to POPLA and you won't PAY even if you lose!A favour please:
Don't suppose you can get any good car park photos from your area, I'm building up quite a collection but need more from Towns & Cities:

Photos please! From friends & family too!
... we sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the private parking draft Impact Assessment by mid-September?
Did you see that they did announce something 2 weeks ago and we are wanting to respond?Let me do a single submission containing YOUR photo evidence please... You want to help us change the law?
It's a final push on a law already passed, to cap the £PCN levels and ban the fake DRA fees. The Government has a Call for Evidence open right now.
We are wanting photos of unmanaged car parks, Hospital car park signs near you that show £50 or £60 as the deterrent, and Aldi, Asda, Tesco or Sainsburys £70 signs please.
All discussed here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6463361/dluhc-private-parking-code-government-launches-call-for-evidence-discussion-thread/p6
We need photo evidence of low or no deterrent car parks near you, please!
Think of this when out for a walk or driving to any business, retail (or even an area of 'no parking' spaces) that is 'unmanaged' or has PCN signs of £70 or lower.
NOT £100, NOT £90 or £80. Just signs that are less - or places with no PPC.
You will see examples of what to post, in the latest pages of that thread.
Thankyou!
