Can anyone advise if I can claim under section 75 for a product guaranteed by a company that has gone into Liquidation?
I purchased garden furniture June 2023 (£2500+) with my credit card. the company (Moda Furniture) has gone into liquidation. The guarantee is for 7 years, so if i have a problem with it during the next 7 years or so will i be able to claim under section 75?

In theory, yes.0

Dig out the guarantee paperwork to check both what it covers and who is providing the cover. Some guarantees are insurer backed and so the retailer/manufacturer going out of business is irrelevant.0
