What email address do I send this to? They have only sent me the questionnaire in the post whilst I was still living at the old address. I was going to post this questionnaire to them.

    As I wrote earlier...
Keep following that checklist you were using when you filed a Defence.

    UPDATE:

I have now received a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing).

On that letter it specifies that the claimant needs to provide the court a Trial fee by 4pm 9/5/2024 or a properly completed application. If they fail to do so then their claim will be struck out.

I was wondering from my standpoint what I need to do going forward. In paragraph 6 of the letter it says "6) Each party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing no later than fourteen days before the hearing." Hearing date will be on 6/6/2024.

I am assuming that any correspondence I have sent previously would count as my documents for my defence. However what else would I need to do to prepare if this matter is taken to the court? Is there any other evidence you can think of that I could provide to the small claims court or anything else I should do going forward?

If this information is available on the Newbies thread can someone kindly direct me towards it.

    Thank you all

That paragraph 6 is instructing you to file and serve your Witness Statement and your evidence by the date specified.
Further detail on what's expected can be found in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.

Yes, see the WS & evidence section of the NEWBIES thread.  Remember reading that 'defence is not your only job?'

Didn't receive all PPC's letters...please consider supporting this.

So many people don't receive 1st and/or 2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes. PPCs always claim discounted/full rate pcns/court claim letters were sent as dated though they offer no evidence to prove this.

Since they CHOOSE NOT to provide evidence of their posting we must continue to press gov to ensure they do and see it included in the new Parking CoP. Please sign/share @jmccabe petition closes 22nd june 2024.

Thank you. Good luck hope your hearing is discontinued or you win.

So I have to write a witness statement - as a separate document, and gather any evidence for the lack of signage in the car park. And from my understanding I can use this in addition to my defence in court if it goes that way.

I have also signed the petitionNellymoser said:

Just read the WS & evidence links and a-f list.

If this is DCB Legal, they'll discontinue before paying the hearing fee anyway.

They have been trying to call me and wanted to have an off the record conversation. They want to offer a settlement of £295 to prevent any further action. I refused their settlement.

I suppose it is still worth my time to put together a WS
