I noticed charger showing as  half charged (second light) couple of minutes then moves to Green . After days of charging also its not starting. thanks

You have most likely killed the battery.

Smart chargers are often useless compared to an old fashioned one when it comes to recharging a low battery, and that device looks more like a maintainer.

But after 3 weeks you killed it most likely.

Put a big red ribbon on the key.

The longer you leave a battery dead the lower your chances of it recovering when charged.   Best get a new one.

    Mountfield Update..

I continued charging I can see from the headlight brightness battery is charging. Still unable to get it started. See today's starting attempt video

I forgotten to mention twice I managed to start mower in last 1 week.
First attempt it started and I didn't move it out of garage as it was in teh night..
Second time I managed to revrse mower out but got stuck while reversing it..

I am suspecting some loose connection now..in that case what/where to check please..
Since I started it twice I am getting more sure about battery now.

    Inputs please..

I think Car battery and this battery are different voltage levels so many not be able to jump start from car battery..
