I believe Land Registry accept this now, we are waiting for a signed TR1 to arrived from Holland before we exchange and complete as one of the signatures required of purchase of our new house live over there, this supposedly should of arrived last week by DHL and still saying its at customs for 3 days.
our conveyance solicitor said the TR1 needs to have a physical wet signature.

Are they correct or they of out touch with times and simple just don't offer the service?
