To Enter: The digital entry form must be submitted, agreeing to the terms and conditions. Winners will be randomly selected. Winners will be contacted privately if selected and additional information will be provided. Entry requires acceptance of all terms and conditions and winner requirements. Contest is open to legal residents of the UK (where allowed) only. Entries must be received by 9/09/2023, 11:59 pm Greenwich Mean Time. All employees, employees’ family members, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and retail distributors of Spellbinders or any affiliated brands are not eligible. One entry per person.

ONE (1) Winner will receive: One, Platinum 6 Die Cutting Machine and the Holiday Advent Calendars. Prize items may vary. Specific items may not be requested or exchanged. Prizes may not be exchanged or sold for cash. By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. All federal, state, provincial or other tax liabilities arising from this Contest are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other expenses relating to acceptance of a prize, including but not limited to taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Spellbinders, in its sole discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Spellbinders to use winners’ names, photographs, videos, entry, other likenesses and limited biographical information for advertising, promotional or trade purposes. Winners will be notified either by email or phone at or before 09/16/2023 11:59 PST. Winners will have 48 hours from the date of notification to accept prize to be recognized as a winner. If Spellbinders does not hear from winner within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected. It may take up to 2-4 weeks from time consumer accepts prize to the time that the prizes are delivered. The prize will only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states. If outside, additional shipping charges may apply.

Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Designation as a Prize Winner is subject to entrant’s proof of compliance with these Official Rules, maintaining compliance with these Official Rules, and approval by SPELLBINDERS.
