Eligibility to Enter/ Opening and Closing Dates

1. This prize draw is open to United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees (and their immediate family members) of Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Limited (“DPUK”) and its associated companies or subsidiaries or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw or any member of any such person’s family.
2. By entering the prize draw, entrants are deemed to have read, accepted and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements of DPUK that may be imposed from time to time.
3. This prize draw opens at 18:00 on Wednesday 9th August 2023 and closes at 23.59 on Friday 18th August 2023 (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted after the Competition Period will not be valid.

   How to Enter

Shirt

Small	Chest width = 107cm
Medium	Chest width = 112cm
Large	Chest width = 117cm
Extra-large	Chest width = 122cm

Shorts

Small	Waist width = 78cm
Medium	Waist width = 82cm
Large	Waist width = 86cm
Extra-large	Waist width = 90cm

1. Delivery and postage costs are included as part of the Prize.
2. The Prizes are manufactured by third-party suppliers, Marke Creative Merchandise Ltd, Glow Inflatables Limited and Ask The Impossible Limited (the “Prize Manufacturers”).
3. The Prizes shall be sent to the Winners by no later than 01 September 2023.
4. The Prizes will be posted and delivered by the Delivery Supplier to the postal address provided by the Winner.
5. The Prizes will be subject to availability and are non-transferable. No cash or other alternative to the Prize will be offered.
6. In the event the Winner does not receive their Prize, the Winner should contact dominos@onegreenbean.com.
7. In the event that any Winner is unreachable, ineligible or fails to take delivery of their Prize, the Winner shall forfeit their Prize and it will be awarded to the next entrant selected at random in accordance with these terms and conditions. The original Winner shall not be entitled to any alternative prize or to any payment or compensation whatsoever in lieu of the Prize.

     General

1. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid. DPUK cannot be held responsible or liable for system failures on submission of any entry.  Similarly, DPUK cannot be held responsible for the failure of third parties to fulfil their obligations in relation to this prize draw, although DPUK will always endeavour to minimize the effect to entrants of any such failure.
2. All entries submitted must be free from sexist, racist, defamatory, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, anti-religious, homophobic, bullying, abusive, harassing, threatening, violent, pornographic, nude, partially nude, infringing, hateful, or other content adjudged unacceptable by DPUK in its sole discretion. DPUK reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to remove any entries or comments that it considers to be offensive and/or to prevent further entries or comments from being uploaded.
3. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or of the spirit of this prize draw, DPUK may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept an entry.
4. DPUK’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this prize draw, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DPUK will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners and / or entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prizes or otherwise arising out of this prize draw except where it is caused by DPUK’s negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. DPUK will not be responsible or liable for the failure of third parties to fulfil the obligations involved in this prize draw.
7. DPUK will not be responsible or liable for the Prize to the extent that the Prize has been tampered or interfered with by any third party due to circumstances outside of DPUK’s control, and DPUK shall not be liable or responsible for any damage or loss suffered as a result.
