@Richard1212 this isn't an Authority, it's a scam PPC from a rotten industry (currently being regulated by the Government to stop them).
You don't hand the likes of ex-wheel-clamper thugs a complete data document. Think about what a scammer could do with it.
There isn't a real 'appeal' either...
@steff007 the first step is NOT appeal. Please do what the NEWBIES thread says - PLAN A first.
Apologies for the late reply and not keeping up and sorry for not giving all the circumstances.
The parking company is Euro car parks, the issue is, the driver, Family & friends were at a cinema and the film finished at 11:15pm by the time they got the disabled passenger in the car and exited the car park it was 11:37pm
you have 5 hours parking till 11pm, that was noticed when they entered the cinema. There was no communication as to what to do if the film finished after 11pm, (they have complained to the cinema, who has said they will get in touch with Euro car park, still waiting for an answer) They also have found out since that there is a tablet hidden in a dark corner & not on show to put your car reg in if any film finishes after 11pm, no signs anywhere about this!
I will cover the photo when helping the person appeal, do they cover the name too?
Appreciate everything you do, thank you.

I'd cover the first name and the photo.
Don't use a template appeal.
State that the occupants of the car were patrons of the cinema to watch a film (attach proof of cinema booking, if you have it) and state that the film finished after 11:15pm. By the time they'd left the cinema and got the disabled passenger in the car and exited the car park it was 11:37pm. The passenger's Blue Badge is attached.
Euro Car Parks is a service provider and must make 'reasonable adjustments' where a person with protected characteristics needs more time. The PCN will not be paid, whether ECP decide to waste their money with POPLA or not.
The keeper expects to hear that the PCN has been cancelled and to encourage swift resolution, the appellant has already complained to the cinema Manager. If ECP persist with this discriminatory charge, the family will complain to their MP and this situation will be used as a case study for the DLUHC's call for evidence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

DCBL sent a extortionate parking fine letter to me for the sum of £140.00. For parking in a disabled bay at TESCO without displaying a car badge where in fact I had forgotten to display the badge and returned to the vehicle displayed the badge and still payed the parking bay ticket for the duration of time I spent in the carpark.
I cannot find the ticket and I'm not happy to send the copies of the blue badge for the appeal I have as it displays the details and photos of my child. DCBL has not only sent me an extortionate fine to a previous address they are claiming the DVLA provided them with my personal information.
I have contacted the DVLA and they confirmed they have NOT provided the details and neither do they hold this address to my registered vehicle vehicle address is not even registered to.
By chance the letter was posted through my letterbox at my current address by the resident of my previous address where 8 haven't lived for over 10 years No other correspondence or pre-reduced fine or photo evidence to appeal the fine have ever been sent by the parking company.
How and what do I do to proceed?0 -
This is vital:
You must reply to DCBL and the PPC giving them your correct address, or you could het a CCJ at the old one.
