Casting to devices hard-wired to Vodafone Hub?

Hi all, I've recently replaced my BT Whole Home mesh discs with Xiaomi AX3000's and am generally pleased with the Wi-Fi performance. The only issue is, is that I'm not longer able to cast to anything that's hard-wired to the Vodafone hub (Chromecast, TV, Firestick), which I was able to do prior to the mesh replacement.
The network SSID's have remained the same (i.e. Vodafone Hub is different to the Mesh Wi-Fi), but the main mesh unit still remains connected to my Vodafone Hub, so thought that there's be some sort of passthrough.
If I switch Wi-Fi to the Vodafone Hub, I can cast to the hard-wired devices without issue.
Any ideas at all?

Is the TV on a different subnet to the one used by the mesh WiFi? For example, the Vodafone hub gives addresses in the 192.168.0.x range and the Mesh uses 192.168.1.x range.
If you can get all devices on the same subnet by changing the DHCP ranges so that there is no conflict it MIGHT work, but I'm no expert on this.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. Try connecting all the devices to the LAN mesh router as it seems that you've got two networks running - one from the Vodafone Hub and a second on the Xiaomi mesh.

Thanks, they're both on the same subnet. It's just odd that the same setup, except with BT Whole Home Discs worked fine.victor2 said:Is the TV on a different subnet to the one used by the mesh WiFi? Having the two networks, with hard wired devices connected to Vodafone Router, and wireless connected to BT Whole Home Discs, worked fine previously, but I ky stopped since replacing the BT Mesh with Xiaomi mesh. Nevermind, I'll just switch the hard wired decides to WiFi instead.matelodave said:Try connecting all the devices to the LAN mesh router as it seems that you've got two networks running - one from the Vodafone Hub and a second on the Xiaomi mesh.
