Id either get an asbestos survey or use an asbestos testing kit to take a small sample of the sheet.It was a home buyer survey the vendor had paid for. On the report there is a quote from a specialist company that deals with asbestos, so I assume they have seen it. The quote is for encapsulation of the asbestos, although the surveyor mentioned it should be removed.There is other not so serious issues with the house, so I probably will not go any further with it.Moneysaver0
