My mother said I would never pay it into my own bank account to then withdraw £3,164.80 and then put it into her fathers account. At the time the RBS bank and her own bank were literally next to each other hers being Clydesdale. What are are trying to do next is ask the insurance company what the cheque number on the first cheque was that was issued vs the 2nd. To find if it was cashed by her brother into his account.
