What dates were the PCNs for? How many PCNs? By my calculation, that's 33 x £100 PCNs, each with the illegal £70 added. £2,310 for "damages". Outrageous!

Have you tried Plan A yet? Have you complained to the landowner and have you written to your MP to complain about this?
  • The letter of claim listed all 33 PCNs on the back of the letter.

Please show us one of the PCNs you received. Only redact your name/address/VRN/PCN no. Leave dates and everything else visible. Show front and back.

Also, you have been asked about your lease/AST. Please tell us exactly what it says about parking.
  • Here is one of the PCN notices
  • Here is one of the Bailiff Letters. The original PCNs sent out and these Bailiff notices are issued by CAPITAL CAR PARK CONTROL LTD. Whilst the letter of claim and the court claim form cite Terry Szmidt T/A Capital Car Park Control. Is this significant? Thank you.
  • Here attached is one of the PCNs

Well, that's certainly not PoFA-compliant. Have you at any stage communicated with the PPC or DCB Legal?

Can you show us a picture of one of the signs at the location that shows the "creditor" name?
