Jet2 have changed my package deal, at the original time of booking i used a £100 voucher which now they are saying has expired. The booking was changed by Jet2 not me so i have said my voucher should still be valid. Also they have now charged me again for my seat options which was paid for in my original booking. Believe i should be credited £140, please advise what I should do and if they can remove my original voucher of £100? Thank you

If they accepted a voucher that was valid and unexpired at the time of booking, then yes, it seems self-evident that if they change your booking it should carry forward the previous payments, including those for seats. Sounds like time to log a complaint....1
