Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to appeal the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) issued to me for the vehicle with registration number (Removed by Forum Team). I would like to explain the circumstances that led to the alleged violation and request a cancellation of the PCN.

On the date in question, 27/07/2022, I was visiting my friend's house located at Blue, Media City, Salford M50 2AE, United Kingdom. Unfortunately, while I was there, my car unexpectedly experienced a mechanical failure, rendering it immobile. As a result, I was unable to move my vehicle from its parked position within the designated parking area.

I understand and appreciate the importance of adhering to parking regulations, and I always strive to park responsibly. However, the unforeseen breakdown of my vehicle was entirely beyond my control, leaving me with no alternative but to leave it parked temporarily at that location.

In such circumstances, I kindly request your understanding and consideration in canceling the PCN. I assure you that I took immediate steps to rectify the situation by arranging for a tow truck to remove my vehicle from the area as soon as possible. Enclosed with this appeal, you will find supporting documents, including the invoice for the towing service.

I believe that the circumstances outlined above demonstrate that I was not intentionally violating any parking regulations, but rather, I found myself in an unfortunate and unforeseeable situation. I am a responsible driver who takes pride in complying with traffic and parking rules, and this incident was an exceptional circumstance beyond my control.

I kindly request that you review my appeal and cancel the PCN accordingly. I am willing to provide any additional information or supporting documentation if necessary. I trust that you will give this matter the attention it deserves and provide a fair and just resolution.

I see that you have also told them who was driving.

The parking company is Vehicle Control Services Ltd?

Why are you thinking of using that awful appeal, which will fail and unnecessarily tells VCS who was driving?
