Mira Platinum Shower has lost pressure

Options
Hello,

Has anyone had any experience with these digital showers? We fitted one just over a year ago, and it has been brilliant, but has slowly been loosing pressure so that now there is only enough water coming through to run one shower head or the other, not both at the same time as before. The shower heads and hoses have been thoroughly descaled and we have cleaned all the filters that we can find on the unit but no success.
Any suggestions before I contact a plumber?

But the bit in the middle, right in the middle, that stays where it is. Upness and downness go right through it. Don’t matter how high or low the ends go, it keeps the balance.”

The Mira Platinum has a 5 year warranty so phone Mira first.

They send an engineer out and I found them really good. I fitted the shower myself but they replaced a valve at 1 year and the controller at exactly 5 years on mine all without quibble.

Oh that’s good to know I will give them a call tomorrow. I knew it had a guarantee, I just assumed it would need a plumber to diagnose first. Brilliant if they have their own engineers

I just thought I would come and update - The Mira engineer was excellent, he came out the same week and although the fault wasn't with the shower he was really helpful and correctly diagnosed an issue with the pressure valve on our hot water tank so we could get the part ordered.
