So i planted 3 seeds in a 10 inch ceramic pot back in March/April and it had done well (see photos)
Should i leave it alone or should i separate the 3 plants?

Wow! You have done well  :)
Me, I'd leave them as they are and plant the whole group in the ground somewhere.

    Others may differ   ;)

Likewise, leave well alone. Maybe when planting out they may separate naturally, in which case give them their own spot

I'd leave any transplanting or fiddling around until after they have died down for winter
