Probate cert financial number different from actual number

Hi, I am the executor for my mum's inheritance. I received the grant of probate today which is positive. However is says "The application has stated that the gross value of the estate in England and Wales to be £xx, and the net value is £xx." The gross value of xx is the same as xx. However if it is just cash assets it is £5 lower than it should be. Also there is no mention of a house or qualifying £175k.
Any ideas what is happening?

My mum’s probate doesn’t mention a property - the value of the property is included in the valuation figures.0

The Grants I have all say the same - just a gross and net value - no further detail.
I gave them those values during the application process. The difference between my gross and net numbers is £4,000 - which I think from memory was the funeral cost and a debt we were expecting.
Are you saying that the numbers are actually wrong? Did you save the 'check your answers' page when offered - the numbers you gave appear on that - the gross and net on that should be the same as on the Grant. If it's only a fiver different, maybe they round to the nearest tenner - my numbers both end in 0.0
